I’m Amy Coler, a San Clemente resident, wife, mom of three, and REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers throughout South Orange County.

My approach starts with listening. I want to understand what matters to you, what’s prompting your move, and what you need to feel confident along the way. From preparing a home for market to navigating offers, inspections, and closing, I focus on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and attention to detail.

Having lived in Hong Kong for six years, I appreciate the adventure of discovering a new community and the importance of finding a place where you feel at home. That experience shapes the care I bring to helping clients make their own transitions, whether across town or from farther away.

Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me cheering on my kids and actively involved in their sports, playing tennis, or cooking for family and friends. I love traveling and spending time with my husband and our children. Family and community are a big part of my life, and getting to know people is one of my favorite parts of this work.
